Quotations and feasibility
Every project begins with assessment. The quotation, dimensions, surface, timing and preparation are confirmed in writing before production. A consultation enquiry does not create a binding order.
Artwork and rights
Customers must hold the rights to submitted logos, photographs and artwork. Third-party imagery shown in projects is not represented as original ASP intellectual property.
Approval and changes
Design and positioning require approval before printing. Changes after approval are discussed separately and confirmed before execution.
Payment and project terms
Pricing, payment arrangements and additional terms are set out in the individual quotation. This draft does not set deposits, cancellation penalties or durability and timing guarantees.
Applicable law and disputes
ASP is All Surfaces Printing SH.P.K., based in Kosovo. Applicable law and dispute handling must be confirmed by legal counsel in the final agreement.
